JUNIOR & INTERMEDIATE PROGRAMS


Our Junior & Intermediate Squads are suitable for those who currently do Athletics / APS Athletics or play team or field sports and are wanting to invest more time into developing speed and acceleration qualities.

Sessions throughout the term will focus on the development of:

  • Running Technique

  • Starting Positions

  • Acceleration

  • Max Speed

  • Speed Endurance

Sessions are aligned with the school term, with Term 2, 2026 commencing on the Tuesday week of 21st April 2026 and finishes on the Saturday 27th June 2026.
