Off-Season Program
For athletes, runners, and anyone wanting to sprint faster, run more efficiently, and build aerobic capacity - Boost your speed, efficiency, and endurance with expert coaching and tailored training.
Details:
Commencing 22nd September in Moorabbin
Sessions run Tuesday / Thursday Nights and Saturday Mornings
Program Includes:
Initial Testing: Acceleration (0–20m), Max Velocity (20m fly), 2km time trial.
Biomechanical Analysis: Detailed report on running technique and key improvements.
3 Sprint Sessions Weekly: Tuesday & Thursday evenings, Saturday mornings.
Aerobic Conditioning: Running sessions to complement speed work.
Recovery Guidelines: Strategies to support adaptation and prevent overload.
Final Review: Track progress, technical gains, and future focus areas.
Optional Gym Program: Strength work to further support speed..
