Off-Season Program

For athletes, runners, and anyone wanting to sprint faster, run more efficiently, and build aerobic capacity - Boost your speed, efficiency, and endurance with expert coaching and tailored training.

Available from Week beginning 21st September until Feb 2026 (can commence beyond this date)

Moorabbin: Tuesday / Thursday Nights and Saturday Mornings

Off-Season Program Includes:

Initial Testing

We begin with baseline assessments in acceleration (0–20m), max velocity (20m fly) using our timing gate technology and a 2km time trial. This provides clear data to track performance and guide training focus.

Biomechanical Analysis

Each athlete receives a detailed breakdown of their running technique. The report highlights key strengths and actionable improvements for faster, more efficient sprinting.

Access to 3 Weekly Sessions

Receive 3 structured training sessions and access to coached sessions. These sessions build speed, acceleration and technical consistency with coaches providing feedback to help you improve.

Aerobic Conditioning

Running sessions to develop fitness and support repeat sprint ability to help you dominate your sport. This ensures you can sustain speed and recover faster.

Final Review

At the end of the program, athletes receive a full review of their progress. This covers technical improvements, performance results, and next steps for development.

Optional Gym Add On

A structured strength program is available to support on-track gains. This builds power, resilience, and speed transfer from the gym to sprinting.
