TEAM PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
Our year round team programs enhances your clubs athletes’ potential through tailored, simple to follow speed, acceleration and conditioning training programs for community teams resulting in customised workouts that make it easier for coaches to focus on coaching.
Your club will benefit from expert guidance and support, promoting physical development of your athletes to have you primed for the upcoming season.
Through our online platform, coaches and athletes will have access to easy to follow training sessions throughout the off-season, pre-season and in-season. Program includes warm ups, strength exercises, conditioning sessions (including for training sessions), recovery and mobility sessions.
TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS
Our Team sessions are designed to enhance speed and acceleration for clubs/teams.
These session are aimed to equip athletes with the tools to develop faster starts, quicker sprints, and improved explosiveness off the mark, all which are key for outpacing opponents and gaining the advantage on the field or court.
Through a series of targeted drills and exercises, your team will work on improving their explosive power, reaction time, and ability to accelerate quickly, whether it's bursting out of the blocks, sprinting for the ball, or closing down space in a fast-paced game.

Since introducing the Speed Project Program in the 2024/25 preseason and in season, we quickly identified a strong willingness from our playing squad to follow the program.
