JUNIOR / INTERMEDIATE COACHING

Our Junior and Intermediate sessions are designed for ages 8–11 or 12–17 involved in Little Athletics, APS Athletics, or team and field sports.

Led by national-level sprinter Fia Fighera, who competes in the 100m, 200m, and 400m.

OFF-SEASON TRAINING

Speed is a vital component of all sports. We offer speed training to complement your off season program. Train with us like you have never been trained before!

Program periods are flexible.

SENIOR TRACK SQUAD

We have a small track squad to allow us to provide individualized training for each member. From track, gym, recovery & mental preparation.

Our squad has a mix of VAL / AV / National / International sprinters.
