Meet the Coaches
Jack Richards
Jack has developed as a strength and conditioning coach through a wide range of experiences across school, pathway, amateur, and elite sporting environments. He is currently the Head of Performance for the Western Jets in the Coates Talent League, where he leads the physical preparation, speed development, and athletic performance programs for emerging AFL talent.
Alongside his work in the talent pathway, Jack also coaches at Brighton Grammar School and Uni Blues Football Club, delivering speed, strength, and long-term athletic development programs for youth and senior athletes.
Jack’s early coaching journey included internships at North Melbourne Football Club and Carlton Football Club, providing him with exposure to AFL high-performance programs, athlete monitoring systems, and the physical demands required for elite performance.
