This program offers a comprehensive approach to improving your sprinting performance, combining initial testing, biomechanical analysis, individualised training, and recovery guidelines. You'll receive expert coaching tailored to your needs and progress, inclusive of sprint sessions, aerobic conditioning, and recovery strategies, along with an option for gym programming.

  • Commencing 22nd September in Moorabbin

  • Sessions will run Tuesday / Thursday Nights & Saturday Mornings

What You’ll Get:

  • Initial Testing Day: Includes Acceleration (0-20m) and Max Velocity (20m Fly) (km/hr), plus a 2km time trial.

  • Comprehensive Running Biomechanical Analysis Reports: Detailed analysis to pinpoint strengths and areas for improvement.

  • 8-Week Program: A training plan with access to 3 small group sprint sessions per week.

  • Aerobic Running Sessions: Focus on aerobic conditioning to complement speed training.
